A great event.  2019 visitors paid £1 entry.  Roughly half completed a visitors survey.  At £20 a stand great value too for cheesemakers.  We had 13 cheesemakers and we had other producers as well.  Some of the Cheesemakers were sold out on the first day and so had to go back for more.  The master classes were well attended.  The Japanese Cheese importers Association were pleased with their visit.  So all in all a good event and one to be repeated next perhaps at a different week – suggestions please.
